Backwater dandeli

This is an ideal place to see the sunset.A beautiful and serene place a few km from Dandeli. The road from Dandeli to this dam is very scenic. The Backwaters of Supa Dam is Asia's second largest dam. Beautiful place to wander in the western ghats region in Dandeli. The dam is too large and backwaters have different kinds of vegetation. One can explore the beauty of it and is also good for students of life sciences to explore different plants of that region.

The supa Dam backwater is located in a beautiful scenic region and a huge reservoir is formed in the midst of the western ghats where a lot of, bird watching nice place to spend a day and may be go the view point in the evening and spend the rest of the day there This is a good evening or an early morning spot for family with kids where you would want to have fun. Early morning and evenings are very serene and good landscapes for photography.
